Maintenance and repair
To keep your bicycle in good condition, it is necessary that you bring the bicycle for maintenance three times during the contract period. You can make the appointments directly with your dealer.
Insurance
The bicycle insurance covers damage and theft. Do you have a Speed Pedelec? Then the insurance also covers third party liability claims. You can be sure that you’re always well protected. Do you want to read all the conditions? Read them here: the conditions (DUT).
Replacement bicycle
Is your bike out for repair and can't use it for more than two days? Don't worry. You can make use of our free replacement bicycle. This is how we keep you rollin’.
End of contract
Will your bike contract end soon? You can hand the bike in at your dealer on the end date of the contract. Would you rather take over that bicycle? That is possible! You will receive a proposal by e-mail 6 weeks in advance.
