Who can use the electric bicycle?


The employee and any family members of the employee.

What happens when the employee leaves the company?


You can always terminate the lease contract but there are costs associated with this. These are always known in advance, so that it does not come as a surprise. It is also possible to transfer the bicycle to another employee, although in practice that is often more difficult because of the frame size, women’s/men's model or color of the bicycle. In addition, the lease contract can be transferred to the new employer, provided that your new employer is open to do so. Finally, the employee who leaves the company can also opt to take over the bicycle.

What administration can I expect when offering bicycle leasing to employees?


It will be kept to a minimum. You will automatically receive all relevant information as soon as a new bicycle has been delivered. Via the online employer portal you always have insight into the bicycles within your company. And you can also receive this as a monthly report.

Where do I bring my bicycle for maintenance or repair?


You can contact the dealer where you picked up your bicycle directly and schedule an appointment there. Also in case of damage. Do you have a VanMoof, Veloretti or Cowboy? Then your bicycle will be maintained or repaired at home by FietsNED. Do you want to schedule a repair or maintenance? What is included in the insurance?


The bicycle insurance covers damage and theft. Do you have a Speed Pedelec? Then the insurance also covers third party liability claims. In case of damage, a deductible of € 25 applies.

How do I terminate my contract?


You can place this request with us through your employer. Please note that there are costs associated with ending your conrtact early. Check your employer's policy to see what part of it is for your account.

Can I purchase my bicycle at the end of the contract?


Yes, you can. A few weeks before the end date of the contract, you will receive an offer via e-mail. If you won't buy it at the end of your contract you can hand your bike in.

Who is Hellorider?


For bicycle leasing, Ayvens is working together with Hellorider. Hellorider places your order at the dealer. While using the bicycle, you can contact Hellorider for questions about maintenance, damage or theft. At the end of the contract, you will also receive a proposal for take over from Hellorider.
